This is a private reference site, not a government or law-enforcement office. We cannot confirm, recall, or clear a warrant, accept bond, arrange surrender, or give legal advice. Contact the court or agency that holds the record.
Need Official Warrant Information?
Choose the office that matches the paper or case. Kershaw County does not publish a complete public sheriff warrant list, and one clerk does not handle every court level.

For a written sheriff-held record, KCSO accepts a FOIA request by mail at P.O. Box 70, Lugoff, SC 29078, email at KCSO@kershaw.sc.gov, in person at Ridgeway Road, or through the county's online form. Published FOIA office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., excluding public holidays. The local schedule lists $15 per hour for search, retrieval, and redaction; $5 per incident report; $10 per CD/DVD; and $5 per statement, subject to change.
The Clerk of Court handles Circuit Court and General Sessions records, not Summary, Traffic, or Magistrate matters. Its dedicated records page lists copying and written-search fees; confirm the amount before sending payment because the county's pages show a discrepancy.
